At Sector 9, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your ride; if your gear isn't right, you can return unused items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that all returned skateboards and components must be in original, unmounted condition to qualify for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the unused product in its original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
